Cancel Your Subscription and Delete Your Account
Cancelling a subscription requires the complete deletion of your user account, as we do not retain any project data without an active plan. For data protection reasons, it is not possible to cancel a subscription without deleting your account.
Warning
Closing your account will result in the irreversible deletion of your projects, personal data, and access. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Steps to Follow
- Log in to your account.
- Go to your Account page.
- Scroll down the page until you reach the Close Account section.
- Confirm you understand by checking the box: “I understand and wish to close my account.”
- Click the Close my account button.
- Carefully read the warning message. It reminds you that the deletion is irreversible and will result in the permanent loss of your projects and data.
- Enter the email address associated with your account in the field provided. This email confirmation is required to secure the operation and prevent accidental deletions.
⚠️ Note: The capitalization used when you created your account must be respected. The email address must exactly match the one registered. - Click Yes, Close my account to finalize the deletion.
The confirmation page will appear to confirm that your account has been successfully closed.
